Washoe Business Park was born from a simple observation: The Northern Nevada industrial market had left the local business owner behind.

While institutional developers focused on million-square-foot distribution hubs for global giants, the backbone of our local economy—contractors, specialized manufacturers, and service companies—faced a shortage of quality inventory. Existing industrial parks were either at 100% capacity or outdated, failing to meet the modern needs of a growing enterprise.
